Cancellation Policy
PERSONS IN YOUR GROUP Please note that individuals under 18 are welcome to join the winery tour but may not be permitted to participate in the wine tastings. All individuals, regardless of age or participation in tastings, must be counted as part of your group. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS Please email : wine.dordogne@gmail.com or WhatsApp +33 (0)7 86 54 40 16. We understand that life happens. So if you need to cancel your booking, you may do so up to 30 calendar days before the start of your wine tour booking for a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of the start of your multiple day wine tour booking and no-shows (in whole or in part of your group) may not be refunded.
