Three days, two nights

Join us for an exceptional experience that combines our signature private winery tours with the 46th Fête des Vins de Gaillac, the region’s vibrant annual celebration of its wines and winemakers. With more than 40 wineries offering tastings alongside live music, local cuisine, and of course—more wine—three days might not feel like enough!

To deepen your discovery of this historic and diverse appellation, we’ll also visit a select winery each day not participating in the festival. With over a hundred estates in the Gaillac region, this unique addition ensures you’ll enjoy a broader, more intimate taste of the terroir.

Cost, Inclusions and Exclusions

€2,400 per couple / €2,175 single occupancy -- 50% refundable up to 28 June 2025, 10AM CSET

Early registration rate paid by 30 June 2025, non-refundable: €2,165 per couple / €1,950 single occupancy

Space is very limited so book early to ensure you don’t miss out on this event!

Included:

·       Private transportation from point of pick-up/meeting to drop-off

·       Meals as indicated in the tentative schedule below

·       Accommodation at a boutique chambre d’hôtes for two nights, including breakfast

·       Daily private wine tasting at selected Gaillac wineries

·       A souvenir wine tasting glass and entry for Saturday and Sunday to the Fete des Vins de Gaillac

Saturday, 2 August

·       Meet in Gaillac, possibility for pick-up at a pre-arranged location

·       Exclusive wine tasting with the winemaker at the day’s selected winery

·       Lunch or Dinner

·       Free time at the Fete des Vins

·       Overnight accommodation (walking distance from the festival venue)

Sunday, 3 August

·       Breakfast at hotel

·       Free time to visit Gaillac’s Sunday market, discover local artisanal products and foods

·       Exclusive wine tasting with the winemaker at the day’s selected winery

·       Free time at the Fete des Vins

·       Overnight accommodation, same as night before

Monday, 4 August

·       Breakfast at hotel

·       Exclusive wine tasting with the winemaker at the day’s selected winery

·       Lunch

·       We will part ways in Gaillac, possibility for drop-off at a pre-arranged location
